01Who we are
Nextvanta (“Nextvanta”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a digital agency based in the United States providing digital marketing, ecommerce development, website design, graphic design, game development, bot development, app development and AI UGC video creation services.
This Privacy Policy applies to our website, our free audits and previews, and the personal information we handle when you contact us or work with us. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.
02Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver great work.
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, website or store URL, budget, project details and anything else you choose to share through our forms, emails, calls or chats.
- Billing information: billing name, address and payment details. Card payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers — we do not store full card numbers.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on page, referring links and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from third parties: data from scheduling tools, analytics and advertising platforms, and publicly available information about your business (for example, your public website or store when we prepare a free audit).
03How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to enquiries, book calls and prepare free audits, previews and proposals.
- Deliver, manage and support the services you purchase, including project communication and invoicing.
- Send updates, insights and offers — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Measure and improve our website, content and advertising.
- Protect our website, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
04Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to make our website work, understand how it is used and measure our marketing.
- Essential cookies keep the site secure and working properly.
- Analytics cookies (for example, Google Analytics) help us understand traffic and improve the experience.
- Advertising pixels (for example, Meta, Google and TikTok) help us measure campaigns and show relevant ads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised advertising through your ad-platform settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you disable essential cookies.
06Client accounts and project data
When you give us access to your systems — such as Shopify, ad accounts, analytics, CRM or app stores — we use that access only to perform the agreed work and treat all data inside as confidential. We act on your instructions, and you remain responsible for your own customers’ data under your privacy policy.
We recommend granting the minimum access needed. When a project ends, we stop using your accounts and you can remove our access at any time.
07How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for the length of our working relationship and afterwards as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Enquiry data that does not lead to a project is typically deleted or anonymised within 24 months.
08How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable service providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.
09Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
- California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you may request to know, delete or correct personal information we hold, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- EU and UK visitors: we process personal information on the basis of your consent, to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests in running and growing our business. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
- Marketing emails: unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us.
To make a request, email support@nextvanta.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days (or the period required by applicable law).
10International transfers
We are based in the United States and work with clients and service providers around the world. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
11Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
12Third-party links
Our website may link to other websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies before sharing information with them.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
